JF Andeel (also written as Andil) is a Cairo-based cartoonist and graphic designer. He is a lay-out designer with news publications like Mada and Egypt Independent. Working as a cartoonist since 2005, he is one of the founding contributors of the quarterly comic magazine for adults Tok Tok, of which the first issue appeared in January 2011.
