Shojo mangaka Kyoko Ariyoshi began her career publishing 'Kitty and a Girl' in the weekly Margaret in 1971. For this same publication, she created her best known work, such as the ballet serials 'SWAN' (1976-81), 'SWAN - The Prayer of Swan' (1982-83) and 'Applause'. |
