The cartoonist Artigue created a couple of comic strips for Boston and Philadelphia newspapers in the 1906-1909 period. He made among others the 'Curious Charley' newspaper strip, which appeared in 1909. His 'Chris and Christena's Courtship' strip appeared in the Sunday section of the Rocky Mountain News in 1912. |
