Born in Montreal, Jean-François April (Avary) began his career as a colorist at the Hinton Animation Studios. Soon afterwards, he became an assistant animator. When he left the studios, he went to Québec, where he began working as a comics artist. He created his series 'Les Vandoos' in 1996. In addition, he created 'Les Zoranges Mécaniques' in the magazine Québec Soccer. |
