Born in Verona, Paolo Bacilieri studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. He entered the comics field in 1982, cooperating with Milo Manara. He has cooperated on a variety of European magazines, such as Blue, Comic Art, Corto Maltese (Italy), À Suivre and L'Écho des Savanes (France). |

For the French publishing house Casterman, he created 'Barokko' and 'Le Tresor des Imbalas'. In Italy, he published 'Durasagra, Venezia über Alles' at R&R Edizioni and 'The Supermaso Attitude' at Edizioni Phoenix. From 1999, he is a part of the team of artists of 'Napoleone' at Bonelli. |
