Pierre Bailly

Pierre Bailly was born in Algeria, but he soon moved to Belgium. At Saint-Luc he met Vincent Mathy, with whom he did a small editorial project. For a period of five years, he drew the series 'Gugusse' with Benoît Féroumont, working from scenarios by Jean-Louis Tronquet. With Denis Lapière, he made 'La Saison des Anguilles' at Dargaud. In the 1990s, Bailly again worked with Vincent Mathy and Denis Lapière on the series 'Ludo'.
