Tim Barela

Tim Barela was born in California and started his professional career in comics in the 1970s. In 1984, he came out of the closet with 'Leonard & Larry', a comic series about two gay men which was published by Gay Comix. Several book collections have appeared, including 'Domesticity Isn't Pretty', 'Kurt Cobain and Mozart Are Both Dead', 'Excerpts from The Ring Cycle in Royal Albert Hall' and 'How Real Men Do It'.
