Becker-Kasch began his comics career in 1954 with the series 'Tim und Tobby' and 'Kay' in the Bambino-Doppelpiccolos. He also did illutration work for Diese Woche. Other comics created by Becker-Kasch are 'Joe the Kid', 'Hannibal' and 'Xury'.
He was an early artist of the Kauka comics production from 1955 to 1957. During this period, he illustrated several longer stories with 'Fix und Foxi'. He continued to work for Kauka from 1960 to 1963, when he created the first story in the science-fiction series 'Mischa' and several episodes of 'Knox'.

Unconfirmed rumors state that Becker-Kasch is in reality two people: Karl Schmidt, an artist from Munich, and Becker, a text writer. Any definitive information on this would be appreciated.
