Martha Bertina

Martha Bertina was a German illustrator and caricaturist. She contributed to several magazines, including the weekly Das Illustrierte Blatt, for which she created 'Aber Klärchen'. This comic strip with text in verses by a mister Bählamm, was published from the late 1930s to the early 1940s, and was collected in a book by Ernst Heimeran-Verlag in Munich in 1941. More recently, an Italian collection was published, called 'La Pestifera Susanna'.
