Antonio Biosca

Antonio Biosca, who signed with A. Biosca, began his career in 1947 drawing serials like 'Safari', 'El Fantasma' and 'Perlas de Reinoa' for Iberoamericanas. He is best known for his work on Grafidea's 'Chispita', the son of 'El Jinete Fantasma', with writer Federico Amorós. He took over from the original artist Ambrós and drew serials 7 through 11 between 1955 and 1959, while also drawing several issues of the publisher's series 'Mari Tere'.

Biosca additionally drew 'El Justiciero Enmascarado' for Hispano Americana (1955), 'Lilian, Azafata del Aira' for Ibero Mundial (1960), 'Davy y su Fiel Roy' for Ediciones Olivé y Hontoria (1966-67) and '3-09 Agente Secreto' for Ediciones Vértice (1966).
