André Bohan was an artist for French comic books (or "Récits complets) during the 1940s and 1950s. He drew 'Mister X' for E.L.A.N. from 1949. Bohan wrote the first episode himself before cooperating with André Roger, who worked at the same factory as Bohan, for the following stories.
Bohan drew the Tarzan-like series 'Ouragan' for Edition Modernes from 1946 to 1950. He was present in Artima's Audax présente in the early 1950s, and also illustrated such series as 'Ric et Rac', 'Marius' and 'Tom Clay'.
