Rich Bonk began his comics career at Top Cow Productions, drawing on the title 'Ascension'. He also worked on popular Top Cow titles like 'The Darkness', 'Tales of the Witchblade' and 'Witchblade: Destiny's Child'. He then moved to DC, where he did finishes on 'Superman:Y2K' and inks on 'Young Justice' and 'Emperor Joker'. At Image, he teamed up with writer Tony Daniel to work on 'The Tenth' and 'F-5'. He also co-inked several issues of 'Spawn: The Dark Ages'. Bonk continued his collaboration with Daniel at Dark Horse, doing covers for 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and 'Spy Boy'. He is also a regular contributor to Chaos! Comics.

Since 1999, Lambiek presents the Comiclopedia as a free service to comic fans from all over the world. The database has expanded to over
12,000 biographies of international comic artists, and also has an extensive Dutch section about comics in the Netherlands.
For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop. However, the current economical circumstances make it difficult for us to maintain this service. At the moment the Comiclopedia's sole editor works for us free of charge, aided by a couple of (international) volunteers.
