Les Champs d'Azur
Born in Istres, Luc Brahy began his career making illustrations for the press and for advertisements. It wasn't until 1993 that he debuted as a comic artist with 'Zoltan', a story written by Frank Giroud and published by Vents d'Ouest. It took him seven years to complete his personal comics project 'Ynfinis', which he wrote and drew under the penname Dust. It was published in two books by Clair de Lune in 2000 and 2001. He then teamed up with Eric Corbeyran and Achille Braquelaire to create the series 'Imago Mundi' for Dargaud between 2003 and 2007, and then 'Climax' from 2008 to 2009.
Brahy additionally cooperated with Pierre Boisserie and Frédéric Ploquin on the detective thriller 'Le Temps des Cités', published by 12bis from 2008 to 2010. He writes the scripts for the series 'Oukase' together with Éric Stoffel, which is drawn by Michel Espinosa and published by Bamboo since 2007. He worked with Frank Giroud again on 'Les Champs d'Azur' (Glénat, 2010 onwards) and an installment in the series 'Destins'. He also created new series, such as 'Insiders Genesis' with Jean-Claude Bartoll (Dargaud, 2011) and 'Les Fantômes du Passé' with Roger Seiter (Emmanuel Proust Editions, 2012).
