Mary K. Brown, who signs her work M. K. Brown, was born in Connecticut. In 1972, her comics and cartoons were first published in National Lampoon. They also appeared in magazines such as Playboy, The New Yorker, Young Lust and Wimmin's Comix. Apart from comics, she also created children's books, like 'Let's Go Swimming With Mr. Sillypants' and 'Sally's Room', and animations, like 'Dr. Janice N!Godatu'. A popular comic by M.K.
