Debra Bühlmann-Drenten, who uses the pseudonym Frida Bünzli, was born in the United States, but lives and works in Zürich, Switzerland. She has made comics and illustration for Swiss magazines since 1987. She has published several comics albums since 1992, including 'Die Abenteuer des Odysseus', 'Eulenspiegel', 'Hirsebarden und Heldenbrei' and 'Ritterhaus Bubikon'.
