Hamlet Campagna, who signed with Hal Camp, was at the King Features staff in the 1940's and 1950s'. He took over the daily 'Bringing Up Father' strip after the death of Vernon Greene in 1965. He worked on the strip with writer Bill Kavanagh until 1981, when Frank Johnson took on the art duties. Camp has also done comic book art for Western Publishing. |
