Vic Carrabotta was born in The Bronx, New York City, and attended the High School of Music and Art in Brooklyn, as well as the School of Visual Arts. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1948 to 1951, and then worked in construction for a while, before he got his first art jobs through Famous Studios and Will Eisner. He was active as a comic book artist for Stan Lee's Atlas line during the 1950s. |
