Craoman is a French comic artist from the Paris area. He works extensively with the Guedin brothers on the production comic art, illustrations and video clips. He has published 'Gnon' with Le Dernier Cri and he served as co-illustrator of Dav Guedin's autiobiographical comics chronicle of his experiences as a supervisor of the mentally disabled. The series, called 'Bray-Dunnes 99' was collected in three books by the small publishing house Taste y Cool between 2009 and 2012. Craoman's is trademarked by his creepy pen-and-ink depictions of horrific characters, especially children.

Since 1999, Lambiek presents the Comiclopedia as a free service to comic fans from all over the world. The database has expanded to over
12,000 biographies of international comic artists, and also has an extensive Dutch section about comics in the Netherlands.
For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop.
However, the current economical circumstances make it difficult for us to maintain this service. At the moment the Comiclopedia's sole editor works for us free of charge, aided by a couple of (international) volunteers.
