The twin brothers Stefano and Domenico Di Vitto began their collective comics oeuvre scripting episodes of 'Mandrake' for Fratelli Spada. In 1969, they created 'Joe Colt' in cooperation with the artist Mirabella for a Roman publisher. During the early 1970's, they worked for Ceretti, where they illustrated series like 'Zorro', 'Manilla', 'Il Santo' and 'Geronimo'. They then worked on 'Il Vampiro', 'Cimiteria' and 'Wallenstein' for Edifumetto. For the publishing house Universo, they did stories for magazines like Corrier Boy and Intrepido, among which 'Alan Ford' and 'Diabolik'. From 1982, they alternated with Mario Bianchini on illustrating episodes of 'Ken il Trapper' with text by Tiziano Sclavi at Cepim. They eventually became regular artists of the Bonelli series 'Mister No'. Domenico and Stefano Di Vitto have also made the first touristic guide in the comics format, called 'Giro d'Abruzzo a Fumetti'.
