Ramon Escolano Metaute

Ramon Escolano is a Spanish artist who has worked extensively for for the foreign market. Through the Selecciones Ilustradas agency, he drew for Vampirella (Warren Publishing, USA), Misty (Britain) and Eagle (Fleetway, UK). Throughout the 1980s he drew many stories for Gespenster Geschicten in Germany. For the Spanish market, he drew the comic 'Buru Landia' in the 1970s, as well as contributions to Lecturas ('Bio-Comics'), Comics ('Johnny Galaxia') and TBO ('Tele TBO').
