Le Royaume by Benoit Feroumont
Le Royaume

Born in Aye, Benoît Feroumont studied animation at La Cambre. From 1992, he has worked on a variety of animation projects, such as 'Les Gens', 'Chapeaux', 'Madame O'Hara et Chabada Bada' and 'Un Ange Passe'. His film 'BZZ' was featured on the Cannes Film Festival of 2000, and Feroumont subsequently participated in the creation of the animated film 'Les triplettes de Belleville'.

From 1997, he has also drawn comics for the magazine Spirou, mostly from scenarios by Fabien Vehlmann. Feroumont and Vehlmann came up with their first series, 'Wondertown', in 2000. Two books were published by Dupuis in 2005 and 2006. The same publisher launched the first book of Feroumont's solo children's series 'Le Royaume' in 2009.

Series en boeken door Benoît Feroumont op voorraad in de Lambiek Webshop:

Since 1999, Lambiek presents the Comiclopedia as a free service to comic fans from all over the world. The database has expanded to over 12,000 biographies of international comic artists, and also has an extensive Dutch section about comics in the Netherlands.
For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop. However, the current economical circumstances make it difficult for us to maintain this service. At the moment the Comiclopedia's sole editor works for us free of charge, aided by a couple of (international) volunteers.

If you want to help us continue and improve our ever- expanding database, we would appreciate your donation through Paypal.
