De Levensreis van Gri (Jeugdkampioen, Dec. 1951)
J. Franse was an artist who drew for the ANWB youth magazine Jeugdkampioen in the late 1940s, early 1950s. In the first half of the 1960s, he was present in Kris Kras with 'Karel ende Elegast' (with J. van der Weijden) and 'De Erfenis van de Rattenvanger van Hamelen'. The first story was collected in the book 'Kris Kras Karos', published by Kris Kras Uitgeversmaatschappij.
