Júlio Gil

Júlio Gil started his career as a representative of the so-called 'Mocidade Portuguesa' school. He illustrated the official publications of this school. He found more freedom when he began working for Camarada, where he created his series 'Chico,' about a young boxer. Most of the comics he made for this magazine are historical-educational stories. Júlio Gil was also an architect and caricaturist.
