Goei Kwat Siong

Goei Kwat Siong was an Indonesian cartoonist. He was a teacher with the Chinese school in Pekalongan (Central Java). His best known comic character is 'Si Apiao', which appeared weekly in Star Weekly. A book collection was published by Keng Po, and a movie adaptation was made by director Fred Young in 1963 ('Di Balik Awan').
