Daniel HDR was born in Porto Alegre and began his career as a comic artist in 1988, at the age of 14. Afterwards, he produced art for publishers like Press Editora, D'Arte and Ondas. He soon found his way to the US comic publishers Marvel and Dark Horse, while he also contributed to Brazilian publishers like JBC Editora, Editora Abril, Mythos Editora and Brainstorm. In 2000, he developed the official manga adaptation of the animated series 'Digimon'. For Avatar Press, he has worked on 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre - The Grind', 'Medieval Lady Death' and 'Classic Lady Death'. Daniel is also an art teacher. |
