Olivier Heiligers attended the Cartoonschool in Amsterdam. He is a member of Johan van Zanten's Studio Noord. Heiligers works on commercial illustrations and comics, such as 'Lucky 13' for a European safety campaign for the motor industry, and 'Surviving Outsourcing', a comics project to inform students by professor Erik Beulen of the University of Tilburg. Other comic and cartoon work was published in the building industry magazine Wat Doe Jij Morgen? and the Cinop newsletter. He has also published in Promotor, the literary magazine Op Ruwe Planken and comics magazine MYX.
