Born in Osaka, Kyoko Hikawa has been active in the manga field since the late 1970s. Her early work included romance stories like 'Chizumi & Fujiomi', 'Chotto Friday', 'Hoshi no Harmony' and 'Pastel Kibun', published by Hakusensha. Between 1993 and 2003 she made the action science-fiction serial 'Kanata Kara' ('From Far Away'). This was followed by the historical fantasy 'Otogimoyou Ayanishiki'. |
