Born in Annecy, Humbert Chabuel studied in Lyon. Art school didn't suit him, so he went to Paris to work with Luc Besson at Le 5e Élément. He worked with the likes of Moebius and Mézières and co-created the artistic label Oki Doki for his advertising, video game and television work. Still caught by his initial passion for comics, he created the series 'Okko', that started at the publishing house Delcourt in 2005. |
