Agenzia Alfa #14 - Generazione Futuro (2006)

Fabio Jacomelli is a Milanese comic artist and a graduate of the Castello Sforzesco School of Illustration and Comics. He began his career as a freelance commercial artist, before joining forces with Maurizio Gradin in 1993.

Together, Jacomelli and Gradin worked in stories for Intrepido magazine and a 'Hammer' story for Star Comics. They joined Bonelli publishers in 1995 and continued their collaboration as artists for 'Legs Weaver' and the 'Agenzia Alfa' annuals. They parted ways in 2000, and Jacomelli became one of the artists for 'Nathan Never' in 2002, while continuing to draw for 'Agenzia Alfa'.

Since 1999, Lambiek presents the Comiclopedia as a free service to comic fans from all over the world. The database has expanded to over 12,000 biographies of international comic artists, and also has an extensive Dutch section about comics in the Netherlands.
For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop. However, the current economical circumstances make it difficult for us to maintain this service. At the moment the Comiclopedia's sole editor works for us free of charge, aided by a couple of (international) volunteers.
