Kazuo Kamimura is a Japanese mangaka, best known for his 1972-73 collaboration with Kazuo Koike on the action manga 'Lady Snowblood' ('Shurayuki-hime'). This violent manga dealt with an assassin who seeks revenge against the bandits who raped her mother and murdered her father. It was serialized in Weekly Playboy in 1972-73 and was printed in English by Dark Horse in 2005-06. Kamimura is also the artist of the 1972 girl's manga 'Age of Cohibitation' ('Dosei-Jidai').

For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop.
