Charles Kaufman is the creator of the comic 'Fred and Frank', which ran from 1979 until 1992 in magazine Overseas Life (later called Oveseas!). Charles Kaufman is also a painter and cartoonist, whose work has appeared in magazines such as CARtoons, Rip Off Comix and U-Comix.
