Fred Kelly was an artist at the Canadian comic book publisher Bell Features in the 1940s. He was the creator and artist of 'Doc Stearne', a character that was resurrected in the 1980s as 'Mr. Monster' by Michael T. Gilbert. Kelly has also drawn for the Canadian Heroes comic book, a rather didactic comic containing profiles of Canadian prime ministers and governors general and historical narratives. |
