Aline Kominsky (born Aline Goldsmith) is an autobiographical and feminist underground comix pioneer. She was also the editor of Weirdo, the magazine of her husband Robert Crumb. Kominsky draws in a "fast" style, without much attention to detail or overall impression, but she easily makes up for this by her very witty observations and twists and turns.
She began making comics in the early 1970s, and collections of her work include 'Love That Bunch' and, with her husband Robert and daughter Sophie, 'The Complete Dirty Laundry Comics'. She and her family have also cooperated on strips for The New Yorker. More recently, she published the book 'Need More Love: A Graphic Memoir'.
