Alex Langlois spent his childhood in the woody environment of Méréville-les-Oies. He studied Applied Arts in Nancy, and later commercial art at the Duperré school in Paris and Art Deco in Strasbourg. He has worked as a children's book illustrator since 2003, working for publishers like Actes Sud Junior, Albin Michel, Larousse and Nathan. In 2007, he began the comic series 'Prince Gédéon' with Millotte in the colection Punaise of the publishing house Dupuis.
