Mark Lewis has had comics work published by Fantagraphics, Express Publications and Paradox Press. With writer Nat Gertler, he co-created 'Mister U.S.', which appeared in Big Bang Comics. His own creation 'Bugboy' was published as a one-shot by Image Comics.
Lewis has been a major contributor to Big Bang, designing most of their logos and helping to design many of the characters, including 'The Badge and his Rookies', which he illustrated in a 1940s Simon & Kirby style. In addition, Mark drew dozens of faux covers in a variety of ghosted art styles for the 'History of Big Bang Comics' issues. He also contributed to Parody Press's 'Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters' in the early 1990s.
Lewis has worked as an animation artist for Warner Bros, Technicolor, and Mike Young Productions on TV series like 'The Looney Tunes Show', 'Angelina Ballerina', 'Care Bears', 'The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest', 'X-Men' and 'Loonatics Unleashed'.
