Domenico Lubatti succeeded Raffaele Paparella as the illustrator of 'I Conquistatori dello Spazio', a series scripted by Gianluigi Bonelli and published in Audace (1942) and the subsequent collections Albo d'Oro Audace and Collana Ragno d'Oro. In 1944, he made comic versions of Emilio Salgari's 'L'Assalot dei Barbareschi' and 'Le Pantere di Algeri' for the Impero publishing house. Lubetti was furthermore a poster artist. |
