Une Aventure d'Arc Magique (Johnny Texas, 1959)

Max Marigny worked for French comic books in the 1950s. He was the artist of stories like 'Une Aventure d'Arc Magique', that were published in the pocket book Johnny Texas by Puits-Pelu in the late 1950s. During the same period he was also an illustrator for magazines like Méditerranée. He has since then worked as a drawing teacher in Châteauvallon.

For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop. However, the current economical circumstances make it difficult for us to maintain this service. At the moment the Comiclopedia's sole editor works for us free of charge, aided by a couple of (international) volunteers.
