C. Massias was one of the most prominent post-World War II contributors to Le Croisé. Well into the 1950s, he illustrated articles and comics like 'Le Messagier du Ciel' and 'Le Petit Tambour de la Bérésina', that appeared on the magazine's front cover, as well as 'Le Ménestrel' and 'Freddy l'Intrépide' on the back. His story 'L'Apprenti Cow-Boy' was published in album together with Jacquement's 'Capitaine du Roi' by Croisade des Enfants. |
