Moonkey

Moonkey is a Belgian manga artist. During his childhood, he was inspired by the comics from Pif Gadget, but he eventually discoverd manga. He spent a month in Japan observing mangakas and character designers during their work. He presented his first work to Japanese publishers in 1998 and contributed stories to the fanzine Mag+. In 2005, his series 'DYS' commenced publication in Shônen Collection by Pika, and was introduced as the first European manga.
