Luis Neves studied plastic arts in the 1980s. He drew his first comics for the shortlived magazine Cocktail in 1981. Afterwards, he drew for magazines like Esse and Tchiize! Bis. He has published several albums at Éditions du Phylactère and Zone Convective, including the 'Quinquim-La-Flotte' series. |
