Ng Fa-pang was one of the pioneers in Chinese sequential picture books, or lianhuantu. He drew 'Wong Tin-ba Upsets Ju-lin Jai' for a daily newspaper which appeared in 1949. It also appeared as a booklet in the series Fully Popularized Atomic Lianhuantu (the word "atomic" was used to attract the reader's attention). |
