Mauro Nobilini contributed tor alternative comic magazines like Il Cannibale (1978) and Frigidaire (1984-86). He is among others author of 'Il Pasto Crudo' (with Federico Saggini), 'Testa di morto', 'La Salma Trafugata', 'Amore solubile' and 'DNA agent'. Nobilini's work has also appeared in Charlie Hebdo in France, and in the Italian Mongolfiera. He founded the art group Tranparenti with Andrea Renzini in 1981 and worked as a copy and collage artist. He has worked as art director for X and was on the editorial team of Vanity. Nobilini is also active in other artistic fields, such as painting and photography.
