Bland, Tomtar och Troll, by Einar Norelius (1937)

Einar Norelius was an artist of classic Swedish comics series, such as 'Pelle Svanslös' and 'Jumbo i Djungeln' (1938). 'Jumbo' has appeared in Svenska Dagbladet and the magazine Tuff och Tuss. He is best known for his illustrations for the fairytale books of 'Bland Tomtar och Troll', that were created originally by John Bauer and which he took over from Gustaf Tenggren.

For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop. However, the current economical circumstances make it difficult for us to maintain this service. At the moment the Comiclopedia's sole editor works for us free of charge, aided by a couple of (international) volunteers.
