Philippe Norwins worked for the early 20th century magazines of the publisher Offenstadt. He was an one of the main contributors to L'Illustré à Cinq Centimes (1905), together with Le Bocain. He also worked for Le Pêle-Mêle (at least 1902-05) and Mes Cartes Postales (1904). |
