Mark O'Neill was born in Rochester, New York in 1965. He studied at the Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, after which he became a designer of logos and a comic artist, creating the daily comic strip 'Potluck Parish'. Apart from drawing, Mark O'Neill has worked in a library and occasionally creates comedy videos. |
