Stups by Max Otto
Stups (28/7/1940)

Max Otto drew the weekly 'Stups' strip, that appeared in the illustrated magazine Die Grüne Post in the 1930s and early 1940s. Every strip contained four pictures, accompanied with comments in rhyme. The strip also appeared in Holland, in the magazine Elck Wat Wils. 'Stups' was a symbol for good manners and courtesy.
