Szarlota Pawel created comic series for Swiat Mlodych and other magazines. Much of her work was collected in albums. among her series are 'Jonka, Jonek i Kleks' (1973) and 'Kubus Piekielny' (1977). She graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts in 1974 and is also an illustrator for books and magazines (a.o. Swiecie Mlodych and Usmiechu Numeru).
