La Rey de la Calle #13 (1998)

Rodolfo Perez Garcia, who uses the pseudonym Pegaso, has been working in the Mexican comic book field since he was 17 years old. He is an illustrator for the so-called Ghetto Librettos, small Mexican pulp comic books full of sex and violence made for the working-class man. He has worked among others on La Ley de la Calle by Editorial EJEA.
