Ed Reed

Ed Reed was the second artist of the cartoon feature 'Off the Record', that was distributed by The Register and Tribune Syndicate. It featured cartoons and a comic strip starring 'The Three Bares'. It was debuted by artist Carl Kuhn in 1935 and was later taken over by Reed until 1984.
