Blix Kater (Tom Poes Weekblad, December 1947)
James Ringrose is an artist who worked for the Dutch Toonder Studios in the 1940s. For Tom Poes Weekblad, he created the comic strips 'Blix Kater' and 'Willie en Wop'. Later on, he worked with Henk Kabos on the comic series 'Tekko Taks', which appeared in newspaper Trouw.
